Large flat roofs hold a tremendous amount of ice and snow in the winter, and it is important to have a heavy duty gutter that can withstand the weight of this pressure. We install custom, commercial grade hand welded, galvanized gutters on all flat roofs. Our gutters have a 6" - 8" flange that extends onto the roof and include an additional siding flashing under the gutter (where permissible) - eliminating hard to stop leaks. All of our gutters are sealed to the roof with torched-down modified bitumen roofing. Our Commercial grade gutters meet or exceed City code.
