I have lived in my present home since January 1970. In 2000, the roofs were leaking for my home and garage. I had new roofs put on my home and garage in 2000. Nombach Home Exteriors did an excellent job. My salesperson, Cliff was very patient in explaining the whole procedure to me as well as suggesting the type of roof that was necessary. At this same time, my next door neighbor was having work done on her home. The contractor on that job told me, I should have the old roofs removed before adding the new roof. I called Nombach & the City of Chicago Building Dept. and told them what the guy said and asked what should I do and the roofers were almost through. Two supervisors came to my home to explain that removal of the old roofs was not necessary for my home. I was also informed of the same fact by the City of Chicago, that my house was sturdy enough to support the roofs. I was very pleased by the rapid response to my questions.
